Canada's National Do Not Call List (DNCL)

MapleCall AI is fully integrated with Canada's National Do Not Call List administered by the CRTC. Before any outbound call is placed, our platform automatically checks the number against the DNCL registry and blocks calls to registered numbers.

How Our DNCL Integration Works

All phone numbers are scrubbed against the DNCL before dialing
Our registry is updated on a regular basis to stay current
Numbers added to the DNCL are blocked from future calls within the required timeframe
All blocked numbers are logged for your records

CRTC Calling Windows

MapleCall AI enforces CRTC-mandated calling hours automatically:

Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM (local time of the called party)
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sundays & Holidays: No outbound calls permitted

Calls are automatically scheduled within permitted windows based on the recipient's local time zone.

Mandatory Identification

Every call made through MapleCall AI opens with your registered business name and a statement that the call is from your real estate team. This satisfies the CRTC's mandatory identification requirement.

Opt-Out Management

Any person who requests to be removed from your calling list is immediately flagged in the system. Their number is suppressed from all future calls and added to your internal do-not-call registry. This opt-out is honoured permanently.

Your Responsibilities

As the registered telemarketer, you are responsible for:

Registering as a telemarketer with the CRTC if required
Ensuring your contact lists are obtained legally
Maintaining your own internal do-not-call list
Keeping records of all opt-out requests
