  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe
  • Call data, transcripts, and recordings made through our platform

NorthReach is fully compliant with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules. We integrate with Canada's National Do Not Call List and enforce all mandatory calling windows and identification requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@northreachhq.com.

Under PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Withdraw consent for certain uses of your information
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
