Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MapleCall AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MapleCall AI provides an AI-powered outbound calling platform for Canadian real estate agents. The Service includes automated lead follow-up, multilingual voice agents, CRM integrations, and compliance management tools.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for licensed real estate agents and brokerages operating in Canada. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. CRTC Compliance Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that all contacts you upload comply with Canada's National Do Not Call List (DNCL) requirements and applicable CRTC Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules. MapleCall AI provides compliance tools but you remain the registered telemarketer responsible for all calls made through the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Contact individuals on the National DNCL without a valid exemption
• Make calls outside of CRTC-mandated calling hours
• Misrepresent your identity or the purpose of calls
• Violate any applicable Canadian or provincial law

7. Limitation of Liability

MapleCall AI's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
